SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed before shipment. Once your order has been picked up by USPS/UPS, please allow 5-7 business days for the shipping carrier to deliver your order.

You will be sent an email when your order is dispatched. Shipping delivery times will vary depending on your location. Orders are mailed out weekly, Mon-Fri before 5pm EST.

Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking number to be updated. Please refer to your tracking number for all delivery updates.

Please note that 7PMLASH is not responsible for shipping delays. Please check your tracking information frequently.

Customers who enter an inaccurate mailing address will be responsible for the shipping fee to resend their item(s), should the order be returned to us. Shipping fees will be sent via an invoice to the email address provided, once paid, the order will be reshipped. Should your order be returned to us for any reason (incorrect address, missing apartment number, failed delivery, etc) refunds will not be offered. 

Although products are generally not damaged during the shipping process, 7PMLASH is not responsible for any lash trays/products that are cracked/ damaged during shipping. Once your package is in the hands of a shipping carrier, it becomes the sole responsibility of the shipping carrier. Please file a damage claim with UPS to have your damaged items replaced by us.

Once your package is marked as delivered 7PMLASH is not liable or responsible for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. 7PMLASH is also not responsible for any package that is lost in transit. 

*** If you did not receive your package or items were damaged in transit, please email us. We suggest that you file a claim with USPS/UPS, in which we will file a claim as well. We will follow up with USPS/UPS on your behalf regarding the status of your claim. Once resolved we will resend your items.
